If you are applying for a New Dwelling permit on a lot that has not been developed yet, please ensure that you have completed and paid for your Lot Grade application. This step is crucial for ensuring you site is properly prepared for construction and meets local regulations.
A copy of your Lot Grade receipt will be required when applying for your Permit.
